The 105 has a thicker radiator - you need to know if you have the extra 1/2 inch of space.
You can put the radiator in two or 3 places - top is just fine, in that case you should check that you have space inside the case for the radiator to "hang" off the top, and then for your fans to "hang" off the radiator - blowing the air upwards away from the CPU and out to the top.
