So I only can open Skype from my desktop or my laptop but I can't browse or do anything else but on my Android phone it works perfect . Well I found that with expat shield i can browse and it works almost perfect but kinda slow I contact my ISP and they said that everything should be find and working good . so how come it works on my phone and not on my desktop whats wrong please ?
