What is the best overclocking software for Cpu and Gpu

oc software for the cpu/motherboard and memory will bring long term issues with stability as they tend to be over generous with voltages.
the upshot is if you find after 6 months your temps start climbing and you back off the oc, you may find the cpu is no longer stable at the reduced
so your best bet really is reading up on overclocking then getting hands on and experimenting 1s you have a good idea of whats going on.
doing it this way means you can reach a peak performance oc without having huge volts and high temps degrading your cpu.
