Is the Corsair cx600 unuff to power my PC?

I want to upgrade my computer to an Intel system and I was wondering if my Corsair cx600 would be sufficient (if so how far do you think I could overclock?). I really don't want to change the psu so any help would be great.
i7 4670k
Asus Z97 lga 1150
8 gb 1600mhz
evga 770 acx
1tb 7200 hdd

If that's going to work what builds would you recommend for gaming that would allow me to keep my power supply?

That 600w recommendation includes the power requirements for the entire system not just the video card. The GTX 770 maxes out at ~230w(this info is availble in the link you posted) and under normal circumstances will only pull~200w. The card simple doesn't have enough power connectors to get close to 600w, 150w(8 pin)+75w(6-pin)+75w(pci-e slot)= theoretically 300w max.

I figured that much. Now that I know for sure I can explain that better to people in the future. Thanks for the heads up. Either way having a bigger power supply is always better because you can add more components in the future if needed.

Alright I have unuff money to either get an i5 4670k with an MSI Z97s motherboard and a corsair hx750w 80+GOLD power supply or
an fx 8350 with a Gigabyte 990 motherboard and the same power supply. Option 1 costs about 500 dollars and option 2 costs about 434 dollars. Which option do you suggest/ what you would recommend for gaming, future upgrades, and price? I'd prefer cheaper so don't completely break the bank.

For gaming the I5 and a z97 chipset would be better.

Are you sure that the 550w psu will allow for upgrades?

Depends on the upgrades. That 550w psu will handle just about any single GPU. If you are planning on SLI or crossfire setup then you'll want a bigger one.Plus it's a much higher quality unit than the cx600.
