Why is my PC slower then my friends PC with the same parts the only thing that he has is a different motherboard... When we both go in games he loads at least 5 to 8 sec faster then me and that's with a fresh format... also in windows experience index i score higher then him what could it be

My motherboard is a asus m5a99fx pror2.0... cpu is a amd fx 8350 8 core... video card is geforce gtx 650 ti boost... memory is G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB... hard drive is crucial 120gb ssd... windows 7 64bit... his motherboard is the only thing different and it is a GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3
