So I'm building a gaming rig and I wanted to get the best bang for my buck. I have a budget of $2500 and all of this is going to cost about $2250 with shipping and all. Looking to run high-end games. Is this adequate enough to be a good gaming setup?

I've never been a fan of the Intel processors, especially considering the fact that they're made for other things other than gaming. This is a pure gaming rig, also I don't want to run Crossfire incase some games/newer games don't support it.

doesnt matter its a better build all round.
if a game doesnt support crossfire you can turn off 1 of the cards
as for you intel comment ??? what do you think amd make there cpu's for?
even if you went with a single 290 it would still outperform the 760 by some margin.
i would also suggest 8 gig of ram only for now. you just wont need more if your only playing games for at least another 3 years+.
the money saved could go towards a mechanical keyboard for dans build.

I am Intel's fan and with this budget intel CPU's is better option. But if you want AMD here is your build.

I also add you a 144hz with 1ms response time monitor which is the best for gaming.
