Hello,

I have a Lenovo Y510P laptop with:
I7 4700MQ 2.4 GHz
GT 755M SLI
8 GB RAM
1TB+24GB SSHD

Some guy from Craigslist wanted an exchange with a desktop with following specs:

Athlon II 760K at 5.0 GHz (Overclocked)
EVGA GTX 770 SC 4 GB
Corsair Vengeance 8 GB (1 slot)
MSI A88X E55 mITX MOBO (1 slot ram, 1 pcix16)
NZXT Hale 82 V2 700W
Corsair H80i Liquid Cooler
2 TB WD Green HDD
Fractal Design Arc Mini R2 (ITX)

As you can see, this device is a mITX Desktop which is nice since I will carry it on plane to bring back to my country. (Not from USA).

Is it a fair trade to do?
Would Athlon bottleneck the GTX 770?

Yeah it would definantly be worth the trade. Is that Athlon a richland cpu?

And yes, it will bottleneck but games will still run faster than that laptop.

Yes it is Richland. Also, MOBO has 2 DIMMs I was wrong. The guy put one Corsasir Ven. 4GB and one small PNY 4GB stick in there. It means I can make it 16 or 12 GB.

But I am thinking about putting some other MOBO and an Intel i5-4690K in long run. Other devices but the CPU and MOBO are good. The Fractal Case, PSU, Cooler and cables are really good.
