Are these temps good for overclocking my cpu?

Hello. Just wondering if my temps for my cpu are high. CPU: i5 4440 3.1 ghz Temps: 45 C. (Also my cpu fan keeps getting loud then quite?) Thanks.

^^ Yeah 45 is pretty good, once its gets higher than 60 C or more I'd be a little concerned.

45C is fine. If the noise is an issue buy a quieter CPU cooler.
