I build a Gaming PC with this components =
- MSI B85-G43 Gaming
- Intel I5-4570 Haswell Series
- MSI GTX760 Hawk Series
- Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3
- Seagate Baracuda 1 TB
- Corsair CX500
- Corsair Carbide Spec-01.

the think that i want you guys to suggest is, what should i do with this build because its only have 1 fan in the front and the cpu average temperature is 45 Celcius. should i add more cooler fan? i only have 35$ budget left for this build.

You should have a rear exhaust on every computer build.

You don't really need anything more than a stock cooler for that CPU since you won't be doing any overclocking with it.

But definitely have an exhaust fan, where I live you can get a decent Silverstone FN121-P 120mm for $12
