what setting can i get for this build?

Solution
I think you'll get high, but not ultra settings on most AAA games. I wouldn't use a CX PSU, The XFX TS 550w is a bargain right now, or the EVGA 750w is a good cheap semi-modular and gives you head room to add an extra card down the track.

Power Supply: XFX TS 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($25.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($74.99 @ Newegg)

That mobo is pretty sweet but not really necessary for a locked CPU, and you can get a cheaper one that will do the same job. With a bit of tweaking to your system you could get a better graphics card, which will boost your system more that that mobo.

I would get an i5-4690k with a cooler and Windows 8.1, but I assume you've gone with the Xeon for your own reasons and understand the pro's and cons.
