How would I be able to tell? I BSOD and get error code 0x000003B. Happens about once a day. Temps don't get higher that 60c and I keep it dust free or try anyways. I have tried clearing old drivers and clean install and such.
Build
CPU: 3570K
GPU: Asus 560ti
Mobo: MSI Z77 Mpower
RAM: 8gb 1600mhz
SSD for windows and HDD for storage
I want to save Windows wipe as the last option because I dont know a easy way to get everything back programs and stuff.

Solution
i don't think your card is dying just a little problem with drivers... download driver sweeper remove all kind of nvidia drivers. and install the lastest driver you can found. some nvidia cards have a little problem with new drivers. (cards not desing by nvidia) some people still with old drivers to avoid driver issues and death by insane voltage. my frind lost the 560 when battlefield 4 beta drivers are out.

try find your answer on google some with your card have the same problem maybe.
