Yesterday I installed the EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Superclocked ACX Video Card into my computer, replacing my old EVGA GTX 650, and it does not seem to be running at its full potential. It seems to be running at almost the same effectiveness as the GTX 650, but why? I know that a few things may need to be upgraded in order to run this card fully, but what should I upgrade? I do not have much, or really any money to throw around too much so I'm hoping it is not too costly. I do not want to upgrade my CPU, before that is mentioned, as that is way too costly, any recommendations?
