Should I buy 3 gtx 660 ti's to accompany my current gtx 660 in 4-way sli or get a single 780 ti? I'm looking at FPS output and graphics quality for a single HDMI monitor (expanding in the future)

4-way 660 Ti sli will be around the same price, if not a little more, than a single 780 Ti, but you will spend a LOT more on electricity, your motherboard has to support 4-way sli (very few do) and the heat output will be very high, and the performance will most likely be similar to a single 780 Ti, or worse for apps that cant utilize sli, and, in the future you can sli another 780 ti.

Buying three cards to support one of your own is never really the best option because one very powerful card will outperform an SLI or Crossfire setup for the same price because of the fact that your not truly doubling or tripling the performance when you double or triple the number of cards you have running together. I would get a single 780 as it would be roughly the same cost as three 660 Ti's. Heck, spend even more on a single card if you want but I wouldn't recommend you buying three more 660 Ti's.

2 x 660's get 1.8 660 in sli power. 3 x 660's get 2.4 660's in sli power. 4 x 660's get 2.8 660's in sli power.

One 780 = 3x 660sli in performance and cost. 660 2gb. But 780 is 3gb. And uses less power than 2 x 660's.

The 3gb will allow you to play watch dogs and bf4. It has 3 x cuda core of gtx 660.
