So I started messing around with my computer. The I decided to take it apart and put it together, now it goes to the Emachines E and then it goes to a blinking white dot that wont go away. I tried to use system restore CDs. The the options are Restore to factory default, Restore Operating System, and exit. The only one I can go to is exit. HOW DO I FIX THIS, PLEASE HELP ME!
