I want to upgrade to a GTX 780 which requires a 6 pin and 8 pin connection. My power supply (600 Watt FSP 50 ARN) has a 6 pin and a 6+2 pin connection. This may sound stupid but is a 6+2 pin connector the same as an 8 pin connector?
