Hey guys, have posted a few times on here now but I'm facing some real issues.. I'm currently running with a:
Corsair Carbide Series 330R (2 Fans - 140mm front, 120mm rear)
OCZ500SXS - OCZ Technology 500W PSU (few years old)
MSI Z97 GAMING 5 Motherboard
Intel Core i7 4770K 3.50GHz 8MB Cache (Stock fan)
EVGA nVidia GeForce GTX 750Ti FTW 2GB
G.Skill 16GB(2x8GB) DDR3 2400MHz TridentX Memory

Basically I was playing Skyrim and I went downstairs quickly and paused the game
Came back upstairs about 10 minutes later and my game had crashed (this has happened 3 or 4 times in the last 2 days) and I was unable to bring up task manager or alt tab out of it.
I hit the reset button and then my PC booted but after a split second shut down again
After about 2 seconds it tried again but did the same thing.
Eventually it got further, still shutting down but getting further in the process each time.
I got to the first windows loading screen (the black screen when the windows flag comes from the dots) and then it just froze up again.. I'm not sure what to do but I'm panicking incase my new parts get damaged in any way.. has anybody had a similar issue or are you aware of what the problem could be?
Thanks again for reading guys!

I'm not familiar with the MSI bios screens but I would go into bios if possible and check temps. and everything. Maybe something lost a good seating with the thermal compound or having problems. Maybe also reset to default values in bios in case maybe memory is having problems running at that speed. It's hard to say for sure need to start diagnosing one thing at a time and maybe reseat the cards. Try that and try and find more info and see if that helps.
