Hi guys! I'm just finishing up with my build and I'm planning to replace my PSU soon and I do have some questions regarding about it.
First question: Which PSU should I go for? I'm planning to run two r9 280x in Crossfirex

my other question is how PSU consumes power. When you say that a PSU is 1000 watts, will it run on 1000 watts all the time or it will only use the watts that it needs for my rig?
Another question about overclocking. When I overclock my processor to 4.5Ghz. Will it run at 4.5Ghz all the time or when an app only demands it?
