Oki. With power Supply this is the best deal you could get with your total budget. This has very powerful CPU and GPU with CPU Cooler and PSU.

I think you have FSP Group PSU of 500W! If you can provide exact model of the PSU then it would be helpful to help you.

Distinguished
£ 150 Intel Core I5-3570- Good power/watt considering your small PSU.

£ 120 Nvidia GTX 660- Largest Card With 1x 6 Pin PSU connection.

This comes no where close to your ~£500 budget for both... If you wanted to get a bigger PSU with more connectors (like 8-pin or multi 6-pin) you could look into higher TDP CPU and GPU including AMD (I'm not saying intel/nvidia is better, but with low power usage AMD is not the way to go.)

thats all I can find. Thank you if you can help lol

Swapping a power supply is simply a case of unscrewing the existing one and putting the new one in its place. All you need to do is make sure the new supply has the connectors you need (PCIe, SATA, etc.).

If you really don't want to swap the power supply (I recommend that you do) then a GTX 770 or R9 280X with an i5 3570 or Xeon E3-1230 V2 will be good choices for a graphics card and processor.
