I honestly cant find the right cpu + cooler and videocard because of the case i have
the thing is, the parts on the list is what i have already bought,

price is no problem , i am asking you guys to finish this build off so i can play proper games on ultra settings , thanks in advance :) !

It should let you remove a drive bay module or something. If not, I know the R9 series cards are pretty compact for the amount of firepower they pack. I'm happy with my R9 270x 4GB anyways. Runs everything on highest for me with no noticeable frame rate issues or anything else. Look into that card, it'll fit and I really like it. If you can fit a larger more powerful card in there then by all means, do it.
