You misunderstood the specifications: What they said is

Certifications - FCC, CE, WHQL
- ErP/EuP ready (ErP/EuP ready power supply is required)

Meaning that for the board to comply with the ErP and EuP specifications, the power supply must as well.

Any decent power supply will work well with your board.
