Yes, the manufacturers of GPU and CPU give you a "target wattage" with estimates because some PSU makers fudge their numbers to get more sales. With Corsair and several other decent ones (check jguru about a certain PSU) they give enough power on each rail to not worry about breaking anything. Right now I have a 3570k (OC'd to 4.2Ghz and a 670 GTX running on a small 450w PSU because I picked a quality one.

Basically what I'm saying is you can use a PSU calculator (google it) and see how much your actual system needs, then just get a quality PSU (check jguru) with around that many watts.

Yes that is more than enough, you said in the original thread that you wanted an R9 280x which has a TDP of 250w. Now instead you have a GTX 760 which has a TDP of just 170w.

The VS 650 will handle your rig easily.

thanks for Quick and good reply,
if i talk about watt, i think its not problem for my Rig, as i mention in other thread, that i was running Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 650w, with Amd phenom II x6 1055 OC 3.8,with Ati 6870 from 2.5 years with no fail,
then some people said Cooler master extreme power plus not good and it can burn, i also know its low quality thats why i sold today and bought new,
but there are some false and annoying guys giving bad guidance about PSU in other sites that New Corsair Vs650 650w is crap will burn easily i dont know why they are saying, i am just confused, watt is not problem,
i am not much knowledge person, but are you sure its good now? according to Specs it have 50 amp on 12 rail, more than enough required 30 for Gtx 760..
so what you say.

The VS650 is rated for 50a on the 12v rail, I think that's about twice as much as your system will use / need
