I need serious help. I've tried everything. I have a Gateway NE56R10u that I had to do a re-install of 7 home premium. When it booted, it has no Network Controller Driver, Base System Device, SM Bus Controller, and I don't have wireless. WTF. I went to Device manager, and it had no network devices. Therefore, I hopped on my other laptop, downloaded the driver for the Broadcom adapter and installed it. Device manager now says device is working properly. It isn't. I have disabled SSId on router, checked that the computer is running on high performance, restarted entire network, and re-updated it via wifi tethering to my phone. All to no avail.

No it is not. I've completed all the updates, reinstalled driver's, and everything. It only connects via lan. IPconfig says media is disconnected. But Im using it right now via ethernet cable. Also FN then Wifi button (F3) has no affect. It was working fine two days ago before reinstall.
