Our network every week around Thursday the internet and citrix programs we use start to slow down really bad to the point where you can not work . We reboot the switches and that seems to work for a few days then the issue happens again . Any ideas?

if rebooting the switch fixes the issue, my guess is you have a physical/logical loop somewhere in your network that's causing your network to slow down. Do you have STP protocol configured ?
