how would this PC be for gaming

I was wondering how this PC build would hold up in gaming I mostly play rift and wow but would like to start games like planet side 2 and tera at around mediumish settings I also play some black ops 2 and cod 4

Finally somebody is actually building a build with the Pentium 20th anniversary edition!!

Yeah I would say it's good for games like planetside 2 on mediumish settings 1080P

However, if you can afford it, I recommend going to z97 motherboard so you have future upgrade capability to the new broadwell cpus coming in the next year or two.

All lga 1150 mobos (that I can think of) have hdmi so that shouldn't be a problem.

Yes, you plug the hdmi cable into the graphics card not the motherboard, and your graphics card has 1 hdmi port.

Anyway, +1 for TechInAZ's suggestion, and this does look like a decent mid/low end build for playing games you suggested on medium settings with good framerates.

I forgot about the graphics card duu, I kept thinking he was only using the igpus hdmi to the TV but that wouldn't work for gaming lol.
