Just installed my H100i in an NZXT H440, I'm running at near stock voltage (1.190V @ 4.2ghz) with a 4770k. The H100i has 2 quiet edition sp120's installed and my idle temps are between 35-42 on idle and load temps in Aida64 are 60-70, does this sound normal? I was expecting better temps to be honest.

Note* I already reseated the cooler once, applied AS5, and added O-rings to the backplate because it was a bit loose the first time, temps are the same.

That sounds about right... Pretty close to what i get on load, your idle temps are high though... I'm at 4.2Ghz and 1.18volts on my i7 but using the nocturne NH-D14. I idle at 28-32c and stress test load is low 70's gaming load high 50's to low 60's. What is your ambient temperature? The 4770k tends to run hot.. if you can still return your CPU i'd suggest doing that and getting the newly released i7 4790k, its the same price 5-10% faster and runs a good deal cooler.

One of my SSD's that has another OS on it (not in use) is 32 degrees, so I guess it could be about right, this case doesn't have the best airflow.

I've had it since November, been thinking about selling it and going for that though
