How do I make this computer perfect again?(fonts Issue)

My not able to read my dekstop means there are no fonts perfect(there is no alphabetical or numerical words) In other words its just alien words..I am using windows vista home premium 32bit.

please help me to recover to previous state or how do I set my computer fonts to default.

possible tried methods which are not worked:--

>Restored to previous state from restore point not restored successfully.

You may restore the fonts to default and check whether the issue is resolved. Follow the steps mentioned.
a. Open Fonts by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Fonts.
b. In the left pane, click Font settings.
c. Click Restore default font settings.
Note:If you cannot see Appearance and Personalization in control panel then, change the ‘view by’ to ‘category’
