Did you follow the included instructions? Did you call the Canon included SUPPORT LINE? Did you try with a wired connection first to see if it is working at all? Did you make sure your Wifi Password is correct? Did you turn off Wireless Security and try connecting without a password? etc. etc. etc. All are listed step my step in the manual as well as per the tech line.
