Solution
Okay let's back up a step and establish some facts, not just guessnumber ranges.

let's do some basics first to make sure nothing is in the way with any solutions we try to provide

Download and run SPECCY, copy and paste the first tab to show your idle temp

Remove whatever AV your using and go to www.filehippo.com and download Comodo or AVG (AVAST! been hacked so I don't recommend them anymore) and do a full system scan - this repeatedly has resolved alot of people issue relying on MS Essentials and Norton tends to get in the way of alot of programs it seems.
Download Malwarebytes do a full system scan (AV doesn't pick up alot of malware) - this resolved almost ALL other similiar posts to date as most had Malware the AV didn't pick...

It can occur randomly, and i have done extensive virus checks all day and have found nothing. my pc does not overheat, staying at around 40-50 degrees Celsius. I have the capability to run the games at max graphics and all, but usually run it at medium since the programs kept crashing, hoping it will help but it didnt

Repeat the AV/Malware scans till the system comes up clean.

Did you install all Windows Updates? Including options except BING? Check them and repeat till ALL are installed.
Download and run Slim Drivers, install all the latest updates but you don't need to reboot until you do the last update
Download MSI Afterburner and write down the temps you do actually get IN GAME (it will display at the top) and up to the point of crashing. Also having it show CPU and GPU % usage will help narrow down that it isn't one side or the other choking.

What games are we running? What settings? A 570 is very low end to be playing anything even old.

Let us know the results of all these steps, 90% of the time just these steps along resolves ALL the issues.

Once these are out of the way (as said they resolve 90% of the time) then you can remove the video drivers, download Driver Fusion or 3DGuru's Driver Sweeper to really remove Nvidia components, reboot and you will be in VGA mode, then download and reinstall the latest drivers.
