All the next Gen games are demanding minimum 4gb ram or more( is ddr2 enough)
Quad core processor some only dual core(is Pentium dual core enough)
And a decent gpu to play on low settings on playable fps

Solution
Next Gen game requirements include next gen components in order to deliver you next gen results. If you are happy with minimum quality, minimum frame rates, and overall the minimum experience, you should be more than capable of playing these games and only meeting the minimum requirements.

In response to your question, "is ddr2 enough" - yes, usually, as most games are not limited by the bandwidth of main memory so much as they are limited by how much work the CPU and GPU are getting done. If the system is going to use integrated graphics, however, DDR 2 would seriously hamstring the graphics.

Solution
The Xbox One and PS4 both have 8GB of ram. Why would you want the same game on Windows to be crippled by less than half of the ram? If you're playing on a PC, you're probably expecting better performance(than on a console), and you only get better performance with better(or more) hardware.
