I am using windows 7 with (perhaps helpful) Razer Deathadder and a Logitech G105 both of these have their drivers installed and updated. Every time I try to select text on a webpage or other applications it skips the page to the top, as if I press the Home key on my keyboard. I have also noticed that in some way every time I select something it rare just select what I hover over, it decides to select a huge part of the text. I have disabled any kind of sticky keys and checked most relevant windows settings. This is a recent problem but very annoying and stressful. I am not sure wether this is my keyboard/mouse being faulty or not since it is such a bizarre problem. Browsing the internet is very difficult at the moment.

Thanks allot,
Vincent

Edit: It appears to be a Firefox only problem

Solution
Go to firefox options and click the "Advanced" group (has the gear symbol), then turn off hardware acceleration. If that does not work, try turning off "auto-scrolling" or "smooth-scrolling".
