So I've got this problem when I turn on my PC,
GPU fan spins for 1 second then stops,
CPU fan spins normaly,
Monitor says "no signal"
Mouse and keyboard never light up.
I can hear the HDD spinning and loading windows normally.

While the PC is booting i have to flip the PSU "I/0" switch on the back like 2-5 times then the Monitor, mouse and keyboard light up (If I get lucky) and everything works fine.

My MOBA is MSI G65
PSU is BeQuiet 700w (6 or 7 years old now)

Is there any way for me to locate the malfunctioning component if I don't have spare PSU or MOBA?
It has to be the PSU or MOBA right since the mouse and keyboard don't get power sometimes?

6-7 years is a long time for a PSU, considering capacitor ageing, it's likely not outputting what it used too. Depending on what performance/power range of GPU your powering with it. WHat are you full specs ?

If it's a power issue, maybe it cant power the GPU, if your motherboard (no idea if it's Intel or AMD as they share code names) or CPU has intergrated graphics, try using that, see if it powers up.

My specc:

Radeon HD7850
intel i5 3570k
8Gb Ram
MSI G65 MOBA

I will try to remove the battery from MOBA now see if it helps....

UPDATE:

So I removed the gfx card it did nothing. Removing the MOBA battery and putting it back in did nothing aswell... :(

This sucks I was saving for a GTX 770 and a new monitor. Now a new PSU will set me back like 100 Euros "grrrrr" oh well....
