PSU Watts problem

how to know Watts in PSU ?
i accidentally remove the sticker in PSU last month:(
and i have no idea how important that is :ouch:
i want to change my Processor,HeatSink(water) and i will add some led lights
sorry for my bad english ^_^
 


Yeah, let me rephrase my previous answer:

Old isn't necessarily bad if we're talking about a good PSU, but if the PSU is a bad or even close to that, it would certainly not be a good idea to add more load to it especially since we don't know what the amperage on the 12V rail is.
 
PSUs suffer aging .... particularly capacitor aging .... very few PSUs use 10 year Japanese capacitors, even some jonnyguru 10.0 performance rated PSUs (i.e. EVGA) still use 2nd tier chinese caps. Most use a lot worse and that being the case, if you are swapping components, I'd definitely do a PSU swap.
