Any alternative to windows8.1 camera program?

Hi,

Is there any alternative camera program for win8.1? Since i have uac disabled i can't use those metro programs anymore. I totally don't regret this since i hate the whole metro thing, but i do want to use my camera. I've read that there is no way around to use metro programs when uac is turned of so i'm looking for another solution, and enabling uac is obviously not one of them.
Does anyone know an alternative to the windows camera program?

I think you have set notifications to zero? And no it's been a problem to me for a longer time, but i didn't bother to ask since i don't use my camera very often.

Of course i already googled the problem otherwise i wouldn't be asking..
