Streaming the game is not reliant on your screen size, it only cares about resolution. So if you have a 20" 1080P monitor it will stream fine to a 32" 1080P TV and look exactly the same. With that a lot of the newer streaming solutions like Steam will fit the resolution to the screen it is broadcasting to.

How fast is your network? Wireless N is enough for streaming full HD.

Are you streaming in home through wifi, or out of home?

If you are streaming from and to a device that is connected to the same WIFI network you should have enough bandwidth to stream full HD to the monitor. You would not be using your internet you would be using your local area network which if you have Wireless N it would be up to 300mbps.
