Will this Pc be able to play all of the latest games?

This is going to be my first gaming Pc and I wanted to know if I will be able to play all of the newest games (P.s I don't care about fancy graphics)

if u can give a budget limit maybe we can give u a beast that can work for next 5-6 years destroying everygame in its path

Well yes! But why would you throw that much money for this cpu for that gpu? This cpu is for gpu's like r9 280x get a lower one and save some money.

investing just 410 pounds u can get a pretty descent system which will be completely upgrade-able and have alot of flexibility for new hardware

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148840 (hdd) i chose this drive because u want gaming at low price so sacrificing a little boot up times or disk transfer times wont be a problem
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817580008 (psu) this power supply is a good one and has enough power and amps to even power an r9 290x
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231422 (R.A.M.) pretty descent for the price also great for mediocre gaming
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293 (mobo) this one is the best part it is what will allow u to upgrade ur system later,it also allows "crossfire" or 'SLI' AND also supports overclocking
