investing just 410 pounds u can get a pretty descent system which will be completely upgrade-able and have alot of flexibility for new hardware

I don't mind for fancy graphics I mean just being able to run them at any stable fps I don't mind for the graphics settings:)

Well yes! But why would you throw that much money for this cpu for that gpu? This cpu is for gpu's like r9 280x get a lower one and save some money.
