window 8, hard drive error

I have ASUS laptop, the disk percentage is 100 most the times, and its been 2 weeks that it shows this msg that i have a hard disk problem : ST1000LM024 HN-M101MBB
all drives
so what can I do? Should I be concerned?

Do you hear any weird noises from you hard drive?
Have you scanned your disk for errors?
Have you done a virus scan or notice anything that is out of the ordinary?

If you answered yes to any of these questions you need to be concerned if you have not had bad results from any of those things you are fine. If you have anyone those make sure to say what you have

There is no noise and no viruses, just 100% of disk usage and after that every things freeze specially firefox and continues till restart . The weird thing was that once after restart all my desktop items were gone like safe mode but after shout down for few minutes they back
