I would recommend changing the psu. Get a good quality one.

You'd only need a 380W min power supply eg http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/powersupplies/450wandbelow/p1-450s-x2b9.html 40 pound

The psu is not on Tier One, 2a, 2b or 3 or 4 on http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html
as such it is suspect.
