You shouldn't have a problem, but I would switch your motherboard to an msi 970a g46. Also, if you are in the US, get your motherboard and processor bundle from here: http://www.microcenter.com/
it will save you about 40-50 dollars

I would would but due to my mother buying the parts by week I can't I could only get my case and mobile today

You shouldn't need thermal compound since you cant overclock with that motherboard. Your included heat sink should be just fine.
