Can a VP-450 handle GTX 570 + Phenom 955?

I know that if the PSU can handle it, it will be very close and pushing it to the limits. The thing is that I just got the PSU about a month and a half ago and don't want to buy a new one. Is it possible to run a Phenom 955 BE and GTX 570 with a VP-450?

The 18 A + 18 A adds up to 34 Amp a month and a half ago and the capacitors degrade over time. If you are in the US, buy the XFX TS 550 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013. If you are not in the US, then I am not sure what power supplies you are limited to or what the prices are.
