Have you tried resetting the cmos via jumper (or button) on the motherbd? The location can be looked up in your manual.

After you reset the cmos, please enter the bios and check setting, esp sata mode since the default might not be what it was when you installed windows. And windows wont boot if its in the wrong mode.

Go back into BIOS and turn fast boot off. Fast boot is for when you have a 64GB ssd or smaller to cache your boot files for a fast boot with a hdd.
