I just upgraded my computer to USB 3.0 with an PCIe card. That works fine, but when I got a front panel USB 3.0 hub too, I started getting very slow boot times on Windows 7 (upwards of 3 extra minutes). But after the computer finally boots up, everything seems to work fine. Here's my hardware:

Motherboard: ASUS M4A79XTD EVO
USB 3.0 PCIe Card: Anker® Uspeed PCI-E to USB 3.0
USB 3.0 Front Hub Panel: Atech Flash Pro-77U

Checking out my boot log, I get these lines of unloaded drivers occurring over and over again:

When I unplug the front hub panel, it boots up normally. When I plug it back into the PCIe card, it boots slow. Safe Mode works fine. The PCIe card came with a driver CD, but the front hub panel installed its drivers automatically. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, as well as downloading any available new drivers from the manufacturer's websites, but to no avail.

I suspect there's a conflict between the card and the hub. If I can't figure out the problem, I'll attempt to contact customer support, but it would be nice to know where the problem resides.

Here are my full boot log files:

Alright, got the problem solved. I initially couldn't find any updated drivers for the Anker® Uspeed PCI-E to USB 3.0, but I tried another google search and finally found one: http://www.ianker.com/support-c13-g111.html
I downloaded the driver, restarted the computer, and it booted up smoothly! Sorry, I should've been more specific about what I wasn't able to download instead of saying that I tried downloading "any available new drivers."

So even though it seemed like the problem was with the Atech Flash Pro-77U, updating the driver on the PCIe card did the trick. The driver CD that came with it was version 4.20, and the download updated to 4.40.

Hopefully this help anyone else searching about the Anker® Uspeed PCI-E to USB 3.0.
