When I play battlefield and other games on my computer my CPU is around 95% but my graphics card is around 50% is this because of a bottleneck between the CPU and GPU or is this normal

specs:
AMD A6 3600
12gb ddr3 ram
acer aparker motherboard
1tb hard drive
GTX 650ti sc

thanks in advance

a 650ti wouldn't even bottleneck a old core 2 duo that much. There is probably something not properly configured correctly

Also if you are using a super low resolution that can also cause the gpu usage to be low, If you are running at a low resolution start just start increasing the settings in the games one level up like if you play on low, try fair, if you are using fair, try good

Battlefield 3 is a CPU bound game, more than GPU bound. Though it is still quite taxing to the GPU as well There are parts in the campaign which are a bit buggy even when using a dual core CPU, mind you that testing i saw was on an ivy bridge i3. The CPU in your system is just not powerful enough for BF3.
