Hey I decided to not use my i5 4430 and buy a better processor in the i5 4690k so it will be more future-proof. Whats a good budget mobo that will not hurt my bank? I might want to overclock in the future. This will be for everyday use and mostly gaming. Thanks in advance!

Here is the full build im trying to build:

I think get the 4690k if you are planning or going to overclock in the future but if not go with the 4430 but I would save up and get the i5 4670

Ok. Is the mobo I have on my list the most optimal? Are there any better ones with a good price?

That Mobo is solid in that budget. If you add more bucks, then get this one: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z97a
All is well customized tho.
Power Supply should be more, get this one: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-rm650
