Case: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-s210e002
Card: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-100365...

So it says that the card's length is 8.98" and the max card length for the case is 9.06" with drive cages (which I want). So should I worry about this? Are the lengths accurate? I mean it's a 0.06" difference.

You won't have any problems fitting that card into your case. that card is only about as big as a normal sized atx motherboard

If the clearance is as stated, you might have problems since the PCIe plug on that R9 270 is on the very end of the card, so you might not have enough room for the power plug.
