Hello, I've been monitoring my temps using speedfan and HWmonitor and I'm seeing that the northbridge temperatures are reaching 60 Celsius max under load. Any ideas on if this is safe or not?

System specs:
AMD FX 6300 CPU (overclocked to 4.2 GHz)-cooled with Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler
MSI 970a-G46 motherboard
EVGA GTX 770 w/acx cooling
8 GB RAM Ripjaws X Series @1866 MHz
Western Digital Caviar Blue Tb hard drive
Corsair 600W 80+ Bronze certified power supply

The heatsink for the bridge is super small, and it also has a weak power phase for an fx chip. They also used really poor quality vrms, 60c is acceptable but if you see it get any higher then I would start to worry a bit more, you also need to take things into account like is the room that the computer is in air conditioned? Here in Aussie Land the temps get really hot so whenever I build a custom loop my temps are normally about 8 to 10c higher than what my customers report when they receive the computer. So ambient temperature can play a big role. Just make sure that you have airflow going over the board, I always like to have as many fans blowing air into the case as possible, and letting it get blown out through the top fans, Then...
