Re-purpose a stock Intel CPU fan?

I'd like to use a CPU fan for something other than for a computer. Is there a no-brainer way to do this, like maybe with an old PSU I've got?

I guess you could with a 3pin to molex adapter. Then just fallow this guide for getting the power supply to turn http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-power-up-an-ATX-Power-Supply-without-a-PC/
