Most reliable 2TB+ HDD under $100

The title says it all. I need a good hard drive that won't fail on me, with at least 2tb, for under 100 usd. My operating systems and programs are on an 840 evo, so it doesn't have to be super fast, it's just for document storage. Thanks in advance for suggestions.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I have heard good things about WD in the past, it's good to know that they're still good hard drives. I'll think about the 3tb one. I can pay an extra eight bucks, but I don't know if I'd ever use that much space, so it may not be worth it.
