Hi folks,
Have just put my first build together and really enjoyed the process. Everything works and after a couple weeks use i\m pretty happy with my build and its performance.
I do however have a couple of niggles.
First my build:
amd a10-5800k
asrock fm2a88m extreme4+ motherboard
Fractal design core1000 usb 3.0 case
Corsair cx430 power supply
crucial m500 120gb SDD
g-skill ripsaws ddr3-2133 2x4gb
liteon 22x dvd drive
The system runs great, but i am getting high temps when even light gaming 64-69C.
I have, speedfan, amd overdrive and sandra lite.non of which are showing a cpu fan speed(it is spinning). AMD OD shows no fans at all.
Speedfan is showing my case fan.
I did have asrocks A-tuning installed,it showed a cpu fan , but no case fan, it also seamed to cause system problems which only went when i uninstalled. Tried reinstalling a few times but always caused problems.
I have decided to buy a better cpu cooler and the CM Hyper 212 Evo.seems good option...will it fit?
could the 2133mhz memory also be causing problems?
once i get some better cooling i was going to try a bit of overclocking, for the fun of it more than anything.
