How to install OS on mSata?

Hi, I have inspiron 17r se 7720, i have two slots for HDD and 1 Slot for mSata. I have 1TB of 2 HDDs and 32GB mSata. I would like to install my OS on mSata and use my HDDs for storage. I Have a dell usb key for windows 8

OK so I don't have to change the boot up setting from bios or something? Cuz I saw people saying that change data operation to AHCI and boot up to legacy or UEFI ?

ok so, I followed what u said, I plug in the usb key and try to restore the OS, but when it started to restore I saw that it was restoring into same HDD not in mSATA SSD. So when i canceled it then it normally rebooted into windows, everything was running perfect just like before, but when I open the my computer, my second hard drive was not showing there. Even the intel rapid storage tech and BIOS is showing that hard drive is there and running but its not showing in My Computer. plz help me
