Hello! first of all excuse my english!

Ok so i bought a new pc and assembled it. everything seemed fine untill i downloaded spotify to listen to some music. the bass is very poor (using headsets) and when i turn the volume up it makes this fuzzy sound whenever the letter "s" is pronounced. its like its playing from an old radio or something or like the headsets are broken. but ive tried different headsets and all make the same fuzzy/radio sound whenever they speak the letter S. The same happens when im playing games and handgrenades is blowing up.

What ive tried :
downloaded up to date sound drivers (didnt work)
downloaded old sound drivers
set my headphnones to stereo
checked if all cables is sitting correctly in the case
tried the jacks in the front of my pc (makes no difference)
went into BIOS and set the onboard audio to "enabled"

so yea , ive tried different things and ive tried to google the problems , but havent found this specific problem. I have Realtek HD Audio sound drivers if this helps. i will also post my computer specs :

Intel Core i7-4770K
MSI GeForce GTX770 2GB TF OC
Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3
Crucial BallistixSport 8GB 1600MHz
Samsung 840 EVO Basic 250GB
750W psu
1T hard drive.

i would really appreciate it if someone had some ideas to fix this problem!

if it were me i would buy one with a 30 day return policy and if it doesnt clear it up you can return it. my guess would be that it has an 80% chance of fixing your problem.

theres other ones out there as well like the o2 dac and amp which is also around the same price and well regarded.

Well i dont mind spending money , but i would ofcourse avoid it , since maybe buying a new soundcard would not work. im using the Qpad QH-90 , but ive tried my other headset , a Steelseries Siberia

honestly i dont know other than suggesting theres something wrong with your onboard audio.

i think its better to have an external sound card as electrical interference withing a computer can mess with the audio signals but its usually not as dramatic as what you are describing.
other than a possible rma of your motherboard, i think a sound card is your other option.

unless someone else knows an easy fix.

well maybe i should go for it. but are you sure this wil fix it?(i know u cant know FOR SURE) but the problem has to be with the integrated sound card right?
